Phyllotaxis Bridge

The Phyllotaxis Bridge is a timber bridge inspired by the natural spiraling and scaling of forms on a stem or axis, known as phyllotaxis. This expansion and rotation of an aperture allows for visitors to experience this micro structural phenomenon on a macro scale, and to feel as though they are within a natural form that is moving around them. At the center of the bridge is a opening to allow visitors to experience the water below to provide a serene and contemplative experience.
